"Amy Nathan is the author of several-winning children's books, including The Young Musician's Survival Guide, The Kids' Allowance Book, and Surviving Homework. She found out about WASP's several years ago while researching another project. 'I was fascinated by their story and wanted to help spread the word about the great contribution they made to out country. I spoke with several of these women. They were in their 70's and 80's and full of energy and enthusiasm. They were excited to know that their stories will be shared with young people.' Nathan is a graduate of Radcliffe College and has masters degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Columbia's Teachers College.
